CrossFit is a program that is broad and inclusive. What does that mean to you? This means anyone and everyone can do it! First, you would need to make sure it’s a legit CrossFit gym. There are many people trying to do what we do but will not pay an affiliation fee. Best place to go is here Crossfit.com and click on affiliate and make sure they are a real affiliate using CrossFit methodology. Keep in mind it is illegal and if that place uses fake names like XFIT, Cross whatever they just want your money. CrossFit and high intensity training actually is copyrighted so please chose wisely.
